your description are used as keywords)! The field fax can be leaved blank.
For your webiste (if applicable) enter its address (URL) respecting the following format: http://www.yourwebsite.com (do
not foget http:// at the beginning). Choose one of the categories (the one that
corresponds to your company or to your job) in the nomenclature field...
